At ekaSim, we are committed to providing high-quality eSIM services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.
1. General Policy
All eSIM purchases are final once activated.
Refunds are generally not provided for activated eSIMs, as digital delivery is instant and usage begins immediately.
Refund requests for unactivated eSIMs may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
The eSIM code was not delivered due to a technical error on our platform.
There was a duplicate purchase or payment error.
The eSIM is incompatible with your device and you notified us prior to activation.
Refund requests will not be approved for:
Changed travel plans or personal reasons
Failure to follow installation instructions
Device incompatibility discovered after activation
3. Refund Process
Contact support@ekasim.com with your purchase details.
Include your order number, email, and device information.
Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellations
eSIM orders that have not yet been activated may be canceled by contacting support.
Cancellations after activation are not permitted.
